The plot lies directly on the Theodor-Heuss-Allee, only about 1 kilometre from the city centre. Location and shape of the plot are simply ideal for placing a new entrance feature, visible from a great distance, in the Main metropolis en route towards the city centre.

On the eastern part of the plot is a small, modern urban park for the residents. The building diagram of the bank and administration building is simply and clear. Two U-shaped office buildings with seven storeys incorporate a slender, glass high-rise building in their midst. Customers and users enter the complex 'Cielo' via a spacious approach road from the Theodor-Heuss-Allee and reach a five-storey, fully glazed atrium as the centre of the project.

Bluish Jurassic stone, shimmering stainless steel mesh, translucent glass, clear glass and precious timber are the outstanding features of this light-flooded world. Above this are the office premises that are connected with each other from the atrium via lifts and glass bridges. The façade of the outer buildings consist of a finely structured system of opening elements with printed and partly slightly reflecting metal and glass surfaces. The impression of lightness and transparency increases with height. The high-rise building has a double façade with ceiling-high glazing which appears to dissolve towards the sky as a storey-high glass edge. Naturally illuminated and ventilated there is a breathtaking view over the surrounding city from every office work place.
