The Hermes logistics center consits of two single buildings.
Building No. 1 will be refurbished as part of this project. For this purpose, the building will be gutted first. After the core removal works the structural fire protection measures and entire technical building equipment will be upgraded. Finally, the finishing work will start. Afterward, advanced storage technology will be installed in the central nave of the building, a gate and a new access road will be built.
During the entire process, the uninterrupted operation of the neighboring Building 2 must be guaranteed.
The building has a gross floor area of 13.500 m² on three floors. Project completion is scheduled to be in April 2023.
