On the basis of the urban framework plan for the City West this building is designed as an angular construction following the edges of the block. Access to the building is from the Franklinstraße via a spacious entrance foyer.
The ground floor and the six upper storeys are planned for office utilisations. The three possible rental units per storey are arranged around a centrally placed access core. The chosen extension grid of 1.35 m allows a free division of the office structures.
The façade varies between building-high post-and-beam constructions and band and aperture window structures with light-coloured smoothly rendered surfaces.
The columns of the pedestal storeys are clad with glass ceramic panels.
