The significant seven-storey, new office building with underground garage, in the immediate vicinity of the exhibition halls, is constructed in the shape of a double-loaded comb. The transparent façade of the green courtyards are framed by the rendered window band façades of the outer, horizontal building block.
The structure with three access cores offers diverse utilisation possibilities: from a key tenant with central, representative entrance on Franklinstraße and direct side entrances, to smaller rental units with three individual addresses. The rental areas with central reception and communication zone can be used flexibly in a 1.35 m extension grid as open-plan or cell-type offices.
