The former property of the Unilever Group consists of a perimeter development that is composed of an old and a new building complex. The total gross adds up to about 20.260 m². After a renovation and upgrading the fire protection measures the building will be used as an modern office building. Therefore the building will first be completely renovated and the layout will be structured into 400 square meter office usage units.

The completion oft he project will be in June 2023.
